Like many other Honor owners, I have recently been getting the error “Couldn’t capture screenshot” with the extended explanation of “Can’t save screenshot because you don’t have enough storage space”
My Phone has 512GB of storage, so I was sure I had plenty of space left, and when I checked the storage under about phone, it showed 300GB free.
A quick Google search showed this has been plaguing most Honor users over the past day or so, with Reddit posts here, here, and here.
In my case, even though I received the error, the screenshots still saved.
After the problem persisted for a day, I rebooted my phone, and it stopped.
I am not sure if this is actually a fix; many people have stated that it randomly just started working again, which may be the case for me.
Whatever the reason and fix is, this appears to be a fleeting issue that should be resolved soon and nothing serious to worry about.
